Darren Chetty was born in Swansea. He is a writer, teacher and researcher. He is a contributor to the bestselling book, The Good Immigrant, edited by Nikesh Shukla (Unbound). Darren co-authored, with Jeffrey Boakye, What Is Masculinity? Why Does It Matter? And Other Big Questions (Wayland). He is co-author, with Adam Ferner, of How To Disagree: Negotiating Difference in a Divided World (Quarto). Darren is lead editor of Welsh (Plural): Essays on the Future of Wales (Repeater).
He has published academic work on philosophy, education, racism, children’s literature and hip-hop culture.
