Riley Johnston

Riley is a secondary school English teacher from Belfast. She began writing in 2016 and was first published in THE 32: AN ANTHOLOGY OF WORKING-CLASS VOICES (2021). Her novel, A HOLY SHOW was long-listed in the Discoveries prize (2021) and Irish Writers Centre, Novel Fair (2023). Riley’s short fiction has been published and won awards, including the Mairtín Crawford Award, 2022. Riley is supported by the Arts Council, Northern Ireland.
