Sophia Jennings

Sophia Jennings is a television writer and essayist who splits her time between London and Los Angeles. She is currently developing a new comedy series with actor Bessie Carter and Insight Management. 

 

Sophia is the former writer’s assistant to Justin Britt-Gibson. She was the Head of Content of Jameela Jamil’s media company, I Weigh, where she produced Jameela’s I Weigh podcast. She began her career interviewing artists for Rolling Stone and MTV, before working in scripted development for a BBH and Scooter Braun production company. Sophia previously wrote sketch comedy with the Soho Theatre Young Company, and has ghostwritten for celebrity clients across the fashion, entertainment, and sports industries.
